Terms of Service
Last updated · Version
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between (“we”, “us”, the provider of I.ASit) and the company that signs up for a workspace (“you”, “your company”). The person who signs up confirms they are allowed to accept these terms for the company. Using I.ASit means you accept them.
2. What we provide
I.ASit is a support-team tool. It turns customer messages into tickets, flags recurring problems, suggests reply drafts from your approved knowledge, tracks shifts and reports, and keeps an audit log. Each company gets its own workspace. We host it and keep it running.
Pilot period. New companies may start with a free pilot that ends on the date shown to your admin. When it ends you need a paid plan to keep using the workspace.
3. Your account and your people
- Your company admin sets up staff, roles and permissions. You are responsible for everything done under your staff accounts.
- Keep passwords private. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused: .
- Give accurate company and admin contact details. We send invoices, receipts and billing notices to the admin email, so keep it current.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- You choose a plan (for example Starter, Growth or Business). Each plan has a price, a billing period (30 days unless stated otherwise) and a list of included features. Prices are in Nigerian naira (NGN) unless your invoice says otherwise. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility unless the invoice says they are included.
- Plans are paid in advance, for one period at a time. Paying early does not lose you any days: the new period starts when the current one ends.
- We send you a payment link by email. Payments are processed by Paystack, by card, bank transfer or USSD. We never see or store your card number. We may also record a bank transfer you made to us directly.
- You are not charged automatically. We email you a renewal reminder before each period ends (by default 7 days before) and you pay the link when you are ready.
- Features follow your plan. If a feature is not on your plan, it is hidden or switched off until you upgrade.
- We may change prices or plans. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we give you notice before it applies to your next period.
5. Invoices and receipts
An invoice is a request for payment. We email it to your admin together with the payment link (you will see an invoice number such as INV-2026-0001). A receipt is proof that we received your money. We email it automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed (a receipt number such as RCT-2026-0001). Both can be opened, printed or saved as PDF from the link in the email. Paystack may also send its own payment confirmation; that is separate from ours. If you need a copy again, write to .
6. Late payment and pausing
- If a period ends and we have not been paid, we send reminders (by default every 3 days).
- You then have a grace period (by default 14 days after the due date) to pay. Your workspace keeps working during it.
- If payment still has not arrived, we pause the workspace. Staff cannot sign in while it is paused, and complaints and emails from your customers are not processed.
- Nothing is deleted when a workspace is paused. It comes back as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Pausing for non-payment is automatic, and we may adjust the grace period for a company by agreement.
7. Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel at any time by writing to . Cancelling stops future reminders and renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds: [Owner to decide and write your refund rule here, for example: fees for a period already started are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise or where we failed to provide the service.]
- If a payment goes wrong (for example you were charged twice), tell us and we will correct it.
8. Your data
- It is yours. Tickets, customer details, knowledge documents, reports and everything else your staff and customers put into your workspace belong to your company.
- We look after it for you. For the personal data of your customers and staff, your company decides why and how it is used, and we process it only to run the service for you. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and who can see it.
- Your workspace is separate. Each company’s data is kept apart from other companies. Our own admin console shows company names, admin emails, staff names, roles and sign-in times, plans and payments. It does not show your tickets or your customers.
- We back up the service and may look at your data only to keep it running, to fix a problem you report, or where the law requires.
9. Your duties about customer data
You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect and use your customers’ data, for telling your customers how you use it (the complaint form links to the Privacy Policy and asks for their agreement), for answering their requests about their data, and for what your staff write in tickets and replies. Do not put in data you are not allowed to share, and do not store card numbers or passwords in tickets.
10. AI drafts
I.ASit may draft replies using your approved knowledge and, when switched on, an AI provider. Drafts are suggestions. Your agent reads, edits and sends; nothing is sent to a customer automatically. AI can be wrong, so you are responsible for what is sent in your name and for keeping your knowledge accurate. Automatic features such as recurring-issue alerts, “looks resolved” tags and reply-guard warnings help your team but do not replace its judgement.
11. Your support mailbox
If you connect a mailbox, you confirm you are allowed to use it. I.ASit reads new emails in it, turns them into tickets and sends your agents’ replies from that address. The mailbox password you give is stored encrypted. You can disconnect the mailbox at any time, and you should use an app password rather than your normal one.
12. What you must not do
- Break the law, or use I.ASit to send spam, scams, threats or abusive content.
- Try to get into other companies’ workspaces, our console or our systems, or to disturb the service.
- Upload malware, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
- Share accounts between people, or give access to someone who should not have it.
We may pause a workspace that breaks these rules, after warning you where we can.
13. Availability, support and changes
We work to keep I.ASit running, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted, especially during the pilot. We will try to warn you before planned maintenance. Help is by email at . [Owner: add your support hours and target reply time.] We may improve, change or remove features; if a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you in advance.
14. Security
We protect the service with hashed passwords, role-based access, sign-in limits, separation between companies, encrypted connections and an audit log. No system is perfectly secure. Tell us quickly if you notice anything suspicious, and we will tell you without undue delay if we find that your data was exposed.
15. Our rights in the software
I.ASit, its design and its code belong to us or our licensors. You get the right to use it for your own support work while your agreement lasts. You keep the rights in your own data, and you allow us to process it as needed to provide the service.
16. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using I.ASit at any time. We can end the agreement if you seriously break these terms, or if a workspace has been paused for non-payment for a long time ([Owner: how long, for example 60 days]), after telling you first.
- Your data after the end. On request we will give you an export of your tickets and reports. After [Owner: number of days, for example 30] days we delete the workspace and its data, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices and receipts.
17. Limits on our responsibility
The service is provided “as is” during the pilot. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, or for problems caused by things outside our control (such as power or internet failures, or the failure of a hosting, payment, email or AI provider). Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the problem happened. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
18. Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of [Owner: confirm the country or state]. We will first try to settle any disagreement by talking. If that fails, the courts of that place can decide it.
19. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date above and tell your admin by email or in the app. If you keep using I.ASit after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel as described above.
